About the Program

Built to Bridge the Gap Between Training and Action

Passport to Pinnacle was created to bridge the gap between completing initial advisor training and confidently applying that knowledge in a working travel business.

Why Passport to Pinnacle Was Created

InteleTravel advisors have access to extensive training, supplier education, tools, and resources. Passport to Pinnacle was created to bring key areas of that learning together in a structured mentorship experience that follows the workflow of a travel advisor. Instead of learning each topic separately, participants see how the pieces connect as they follow the client journey—from receiving the first travel request to welcoming the client home. You will learn how to research travel options, prepare professional quotes, create and manage bookings, communicate important information, and guide your clients through each stage of their trip.

Throughout the 12 weeks, experienced travel professionals provide instruction, practical demonstrations, real-world examples, and guidance. You will learn about the booking process, commission payments, accommodations, activities, travel protection, and working with InteleTravel’s preferred partners. Practical assignments then give you an opportunity to apply what was covered. Passport to Pinnacle helps turn information into understanding, understanding into action, and action into professional growth—one topic, one assignment, and one step at a time.

Our Coaches:  Learn From People Who Have Done the Work

With Gratitude to Our Group 11 Coaches — Passport to Pinnacle Mentorship Program

Participants learn from experienced travel professionals who achieved the prestigious status of InteleTravel Ambassador.  Each week during the program, they share practical knowledge, explain important concepts, answer questions, and help advisors understand how different parts of the business work together. You will also learn alongside other advisors who are building their knowledge, completing assignments, and working toward the same goal.

Commitment and Accountability

Participation requires consistent engagement and assignment completion. The program provides structure, coaching, and support — but each participant is responsible for completing the work required to qualify for graduation. Participants who engage fully will get the most from the experience.

Graduation Recognition
