Program Experience

How the Program Works

Passport to Pinnacle is a structured 12-week mentorship experience. Each component of the program is designed to reinforce learning and support practical application.

Live Training and Coaching

Live trainings occur every Monday and Wednesday at 9:00 PM ET.  Participants are encourage to attend live virtual sessions led by experienced coaches and industry professionals. Live attendance offers the full program experience—including instruction, discussion, and the opportunity to ask questions in real time. However, we understand that work, family, and other responsibilities may prevent participants from attending every session. Session replays are provided so participants can review the training on their own schedule and remain engaged with the program. Regardless of whether a session is attended live or viewed by replay, participants remain responsible for completing the required assignments by the established deadlines.

Session Replays

Session replays support review and help participants revisit important information covered during live training.  Participants who cannot attend live may watch the session replay on their own schedule. Live attendance is encouraged but is not required to remain eligible for graduation. Graduation eligibility is based on completing the required assignments by the established deadlines.

Weekly Assignments

Assignments reinforce the subject covered during each training period and allow participants to demonstrate understanding and application. Completing assignments is a required part of the program and directly determines graduation eligibility.

Participant Support

Participants receive guidance through program communication channels, coaches, and the resources available in the Participant Hub. The Frequently Asked Questions page addresses common questions about participation, assignments, and certificates. For additional assistance, the Contact and Support page is available to all participants.

Progress Tracking

Current participants can verify their identity and review which assignments have been recorded as completed, missed, or pending. Progress information reflects assignments that have been received and processed by the program team. Enrolled participants may access progress tracking through the Participant Hub.
